Mad Men star January Jones toted her 7-month-old son Xander in the carrier as the pair were spotted leaving her New York City hotel on Sunday (May 8).

The beautiful actress was dressed down for their outing – unlike the night before, when she put in an ultra glamorous appearance at the Costume Institute Ball at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Joined by her Mad Men co-star Jessica Pare, among a host of other stars, January looked stunning in her vibrant yellow Versace gown.

She later changed into a knee-length leather dress for the Met Gala after-party, which was held at the Standard Hotel in New York’s Meatpacking District.

January wasn’t the only famous mom who was dressed to kill at the annual bash: Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyonce, Sarah Jessica Parker and Amy Adams were also on the red carpet, just to name a few.
