While holding her gorgeous tot, Sister, Sister alum Tamera Mowry-Housley debuts her bikini body for first time since she gave birth to son Aden in November 2012.

“It’s the first time I’ve been in a bikini since my honeymoon,” Tamera, who married Fox news correspondent Adam Housley in 2011, tells In Touch. “I feel great!”

And Tamera, who says she’s a svelte 127 pounds, is even prouder of the fact that she got fit on her own healthy schedule.

“I want to punch them in the face!” she jokes of celebrity moms who drop the pregnancy pounds within weeks.

She adds: “I wanted to spend time bonding with my baby, not killing myself at the gym.”

It wasn’t until 7 months postpartum – when she stopped breastfeeding her son – did Tamera “kick it into gear.” She cut 500 calories from her 1,700-calories-a-day breast-feeding diet and began working out five days a week.

For more photos from Tamera’s body-after-baby photo shoot, and the complete interview — where the actress reveals her slimmed down jeans size, workout routine and 80-20 dieting method — check out the new issue of In Touch, on newsstands now.

10 Years + 10 Hosts: The Most Epic Moments From Late-Night TV

On April 24, 2014, in Article, Celeb, eBooks, Entertainment, Music, Videos, by nadia

We’ve seen many beloved hosts come and go, move around, and trade places… mostly with each other. The transitions ranged from public beefs like Jay Leno and David Letterman to supportive hugs between Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers, and who can forget Jay and Jimmy humorously passing the torch with their West Side Story spoof duet “Tonight, Tonight.” No matter how they went out or arrived, these funny men and women (represent, Chelsea Handler!) give us nightly laughs wind down with and an excuse to stay up late, eating a whole pack of ring dings (it doesn’t count if it’s that late, amiright?)

In honor of recent and major changes in late night — Stephen Colbert’s new role as the host of The Late Show as Letterman retires and Jimmy Fallon stepping up for Jay Leno on The Tonight Show — we remember some of the most iconic moments these leading men and women have brought us over the past decade.

10. Seth Meyers  The Kanye West Interview (2014)

Taking a huge leap from the SNL to the Late Night stage, Seth Meyers has only been a host for a few short months, but we give him major props for interviewing arguably the biggest ball buster in entertainment on only his second night. Meyers didn’t let the infamous tough and (overly) serious exterior of Kanye West get to him and even cracked some jokes about the artist. When commenting on West’s recent return to the studio after the birth of his baby girl, North, Meyers asked: “Are you the new Wiggles?” He even got Kanye to smile! Bravo! Kanye’s awesome performance of his greatest hits medley sealed the deal.

9. Craig Ferguson CAN CAN Dancing (2011)

When in Paris…or LA! Craig Ferguson was so excited about naked ladies who danced at the famous Moulin Rouge after his Paris visit, that he had them open an episode of The Late Late Show when they were in the states…Yes, they were clothed! Ferguson you dirty little man! We love you for it.

When Reality Stars Met The Plastics: Remembering The Biggest Celebs Of 2004

Mean Girls was released nearly 10 years ago, catapulting its star Lindsay Lohan to teen icon status. Barely 18 at the time, Lohan became a fixture on the Hollywood scene after the film’s release, hanging out with It Girls like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, with mom Dina by her side. The attention bestowed upon her and her own group of Plastics soon shed light on a new batch of modern celebrities: the reality star. Reality television became a legitimate form of entertainment in the 2000s, spawning many successful personalities like Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, and legitimizing the inexplicable draw of heiresses with sex tapes.

As we continue out examination of fame in the pre-social media era, it’s time to take a trip down memory lane — back to when Wilmer Valderrama was romancing a rotating cast of teen starlets and Britney Spears was considered unpredictable simply because of her tendency to get married. Usher was confessing his sins through song and Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were finally tapping into the millions of dollars they made before puberty. Mel Gibson‘s The Passion of the Christ and Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s election win angered many, but all people really wanted to complain about was Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake‘s infamous wardrobe malfunction at the Super Bowl.

In honor of Throwback Thursday, we’re reliving the moments that ruled the year 2004. Remember the awkwardness of Ashlee Simpson‘s Saturday Night Live faux pas and recall Chad Michael Murray‘s heartthrob status on all of your favorite WB/CW soaps, in the gallery above.

And if that’s not enough for your nostalgia-loving soul, relive the year 2004 with this vintage look at Alicia Keys discussing the name of her sophomore album. (Yes, this was long before “Empire State of Mind.”)
